Open to all. No prerequisites needed. \nWHAT TO EXPECT: The meditation and Qi Gong exercises are built around a theme that allows for self-reflection and connection of the body and mind with Nature and concepts of spiritual philosophies. All levels are welcome. The emphasis is given on the connection with your inner self. Nature provides wonders from which one can draw new perspectives and understandings about its own nature. A class of self exploration through guided movements and meditation! \nWHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. A mat or a towel is highly recommended for seated movements. \nWHERE: San Dieguito County Park\, Lower Entrance\, near area 7: 15936 El Camino Real\, Rancho Santa Fe\, CA. When entering through the lower park gate\, continue to your left until you reach the last parking lot at the end of the park. Allow yourself 10 min to walk if you park outside the park. Free parking outside the park. $5 fee entrance to park inside. \n**There are other qi gong classes happening at the park. Feel free to ask a park employee where the meditation and qi gong class with Park Ranger Alejandro is happening\, they will be able to direct you.
