Beginner Tai Chi
Practicing Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation, embodying the health, martial, and spiritual aspects of the Daoist philosophy. During the practice you will learn a Tai Chi form from the Yang Shaohou style. This class is open to all, including beginners.
