Practice Moving Meditation with Qi Gong and Tai Chi
Practicing
Calm your mind through gentle movements and deepen the connection to your body. When practicing moving meditation with Qi Gong and Tai Chi exercises, you can access your inner wisdom, from within. The movements are the key to open the door to your Inner Intelligence. You will learn to bring your consciousness and actions in harmony with the flow of life, with the flow of Mother Nature, with the flow of the Universe.

It is based on the holistic Chinese understanding of the place of the human being in the cycle of life. Movements help (re)balance, harmonize, ground the body, and connect body and mind through mindfulness and awareness.
