Qi Gong involves slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and meditation to promote health and well-being. Qi Gong is well suited for seniors. It can help reduce joint pain, and improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and overall physical fitness.

Cost per person: $10-20 Pay-As-You-Can fee per class
Pay cash or using Venmo on the day of the class.
