Where do we meet?
The Qi Gong and Tai Chi group classes are held in different parks. Please check out each class details to verify the exact location.
This page provides additional details about each park and how to find the group for recurring classes.

WEEKLY CLASSES AT BUDDY TODD PARK
Qi Gong for Seniors is held at Buddy Todd Park in Oceanside, 2800 Mesa Drive, Oceanside, CA92054.
Park in the main parking lot of the park (free) and look for the northeast paved trail that starts at the end of the parking lot. Look for two big ficus trees, this is where we meet.
WEEKLY CLASSES AT SAN DIEGUITO COUNTY PARK
The Morning Tai Chi class for Beginners is held at San Dieguito County Park. We meet in the upper park, near the Tot Lot. Check the map below; the Tot Lot is highlighted in orange.
The address is 1628 Lomas Santa Fe, Del Mar. There is a $3 entrance fee if you want to park inside. You can also park outside on the dirt lot for free.

SUNDAY FREE CLASSES AT SAN DIEGUITO COUNTY PARK
Sunday free classes (Connecting with Nature Meditation and Qi Gong class) are held in the lower part of the park.
Direction to site Area 7: The address of the lower park entrance is 15936 El Camino Real, Rancho Santa Fe, CA. There is a $3 entrance fee if you want to park inside. You can also park outside on the dirt lot for free.
When entering the park, by car or on foot, you will pass the entrance booth. Look to your left and keep going on the road until you reach the end of the park. There is a round parking lot. We meet near “Area 7” of the park. Plan for an extra 5 to 10 minutes to walk in if you park outside the park.

WEEKLY CLASSES AT VILLA LA JOLLA PARK
Beginner Tai Chi is held at Villa La Jolla Park, 8341 Via Mallorca, San Diego, CA92037.
Street parking is available. The park is wide open and it’s rather easy to see the group. We meet on the south side (south-west side) of the park, near trees to get some shade if needed.
