BEGINNER TAI CHI
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art that can be viewed simplistically as moving meditation. But Tai Chi offers more than meditation. It combines three important aspects:
relaxation, healing, and self-defense.
We teach Yang Shaohou Style Tai Chi, very similar to Yang common styles of Tai Chi. You will learn the specific movements and hand form that characterize this style. A Tai Chi form is a succession of movements executed in a specific order. Individual movements are taught separately to become familiar with them, to learn their martial application(s), as well as strengthening the body. The forms will bring an extra level of mindfulness, and an understanding of the flow of energy.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
